How do I make an order?

You can make an online order through our webshop HERE or you can make an order just by sending us an email HERE. You can also contact us on our Facebook page or our Instagram profile.

What are the payment options?

AUTOMATIC (ONLINE)
Pay safely with PayPal or pay with any credit or debit card via safe PayPal Guest Checkout system even if you DON’T HAVE PayPal account. PayPal is the safest payment platform in the world for both buyers and sellers.

In most countries PayPal will give you Guest checkout option. This option means you can use PayPal’s safe and secure checkout platform even if you are NOT a registered PayPal user, just by using your credit or debit card.

What is the delivery time?

Primal drum
Most common delivery times:
– within EU (European Union) countries is 5-8 working days.

– to UK, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland is 5-8 working days.

– to USA is 7-14 working days.

– to Canada, Australia, New Zealand is 15-22 working days.

Primal pyramid for meditation, relaxation, healing, sleep, etc.
Delivery time for Primal meditation pyramid depends on whether we have it made OR we need to make it first. If we have it in stock, usual delivery times are the same as for Primal drum. If we need to make Primal pyramid for you, then please add approx. 5 – 8 working days.

RAV Vast drum
Currently we procure RAV Vast Drum only by prior order. Approximate procurement time is 7-10 working days. Add delivery time to it.

Will I get a tracking number for my package?

Yes, we send all our packages by registered mail (required to be signed for), with a tracking number so you can check status of your package in every moment. You can track your package online HERE.

IMPORTANT: After we ship your package, you will receive tracking number to your email address. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check to see if it went to your spam folder!

 

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship orders to:
– all of EU (European Union) countries, 
– non-EU European countries, such as:
UK (United Kingdom), Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Serbia, BiH (Bosnia and Herzegovina),
– countries outside Europe, such as: USA (United States of America), Canada, Australia, New Zealand.

Where do you ship from and will I need to pay customs?

If you live in European Union zone:
We ship from Croatia which is EU (European Union) member so you will NOT have to pay any customs if you live in any country that is also EU member. European Union is a customs-free zone.

If you live outside European Union zone:
Please be aware that you are responsible for paying any possible import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or other fees upon delivery.

• Number of tones (notes): 14 + Primo (small drum in the middle).

• Primal drum is a tongue handpan drum by Primal Wonders and it has some characteristics of tongue drum, steel drum and handpan. It is a rhythmic-melodic instrument with intuitive character - it means that neither prior knowledge, nor music theory, nor musical experience is required for playing it.

• It is impossible to play wrong note, so all notes sound good together!


• Dimensions approx: diameter 40 cm x height 11 cm.


• Tuning: C Major.

This scale is great for:
- players who have never played any sort of handpan, tongue drum, steel drum or ANY other musical instrument whatsoever,
- players who now nothing about musical theory and just want to have fun and relax themselves or their friends and families,
- players who want more possibilities than other tongue drums (steel drums) have,
- players who will use Primal drum in sound baths etc.,

• Scale: F, G, A, B, C, D, E in first ''lower octave'' and F, G, A, B, C, D, E in second ''higher octave''.


• How hard is it to play: EASY. C major scale is the simplest of all the musical scales as it contains no sharps or flats. If you look at the piano, this scale is played on white keys only.


• It can be played both by children (from preschool age onwards) and by adults!

• This instrument is great for begginers although musicians will also find great use and joy with it.

• Can be played with sticks (in pack with Primal drum) or fingers.

• Highly recommend it to anyone who is practicing some sort of music therapy / relaxation / meditation for living or for their own need.

• 14 tones in C major scale provide an opportunity for children and parents to play various children’s songs and “download” their melodies themselves. Many popular songs for children are in C major scale!

Maintenance: clean the drum after playing with a dry and soft cotton cloth or, even better, microfiber cloth. If your hands sweat a lot or you live in areas with an increased concentration of salt in the air, then also use a little water and wait for the surface to dry before storing in the bag.
