How do I make an order?
You can make an order through our webshop HERE or you can send us an email HERE. You can also contact us via our Facebook page or Instagram profile.
IMPORTANT: Just after you pay for your online order, you will receive order confirmation to your email address. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check to see if it went to your spam folder!
What are the payment options?
AUTOMATIC
Pay safely with PayPal or pay with any credit or debit card via safe PayPal Guest Checkout system if you don’t have PayPal account. PayPal is the safest payment platform in the world for both buyers and sellers.
In most countries PayPal will give you Guest checkout option. This option means you can use PayPal’s safe and secure checkout platform even if you are NOT a registered PayPal user, just by using your credit or debit card.

If you want, you can also pay with cash, Revolut, Remitly and AirCash. Please write in the comment section of your webshop order (or simply message us) which of the following payment methods you want. After you place your order, you will receive payment instructions to your email address.
What is the delivery time?
Primal drum
Most common delivery times:
– within EU (European Union) countries is 5-8 working days.
– to UK, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland is 5-8 working days.
– to USA is 7-14 working days.
– to Canada, Australia, New Zealand is 15-22 working days.
Primal pyramid for meditation, relaxation, healing, sleep, etc.
Delivery time for Primal meditation pyramid depends on whether we have it made OR we need to make it first. If we have it in stock, usual delivery times are the same as for Primal drum. If we need to make Primal pyramid for you, than please add 5-8 working days.
If you need detailed estimate of time, we suggest that you contact us.
RAV Vast drum
Currently we procure RAV Vast Drum only by prior order. Approximate procurement time is 7-10 working days. Add delivery time to it.
Will I get a tracking number for my package?
Yes, we send all our packages by registered mail, with a tracking number so you can check status of your package HERE.
IMPORTANT: After we ship your package, you will receive tracking number to your email address. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check to see if it went to your spam folder!
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship orders to:
– all of EU (European Union) countries,
– non-EU European countries, such as:
UK (United Kingdom), Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Serbia, BiH (Bosnia and Herzegovina),
– countries outside Europe, such as: USA (United States of America), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, etc.

Where do you ship from and will I need to pay customs?
If you live in European Union zone:
We ship from Croatia and Hungary which are both EU (European Union) members so you will NOT have to pay customs if you live in any country that is also EU member. European Union is a customs-free zone!
If you live outside European Union zone:
If you live in USA (United States of America), United Kingdom (UK), Canada, Australia: please be aware that you are responsible for paying any possible import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or other fees upon delivery.

primalwonders.com has launched in year 2020. and ever since we worked with nothing but whole heart and sincerity. All our online orders are being paid through PayPal system which is the most secure form of payment in world for both buyer and seller.

How do I grab extra discount on Primal drum?
Sometimes we will offer promotions on some products. Currently we offer EUR 10 cashback after you buy Primal drum and then post public video on your social media. Here are conditions that apply, please read them carefully:
1. Order in your cart (without shipping price) should be minimum EUR 210.00!
2. After you got your Primal drum, you should create at least one video and post it on your social media profile (both as post and story) or on your YouTube channel.
3. Social media should be Instagram or Facebook (or both if you are that enthusiastic 🙂 ).
4. Your instagram or Facebook profile should have at least 300 followers or friends. If you post it to your YouTube channel, it doesn’t matter how much followers you have.
5. Video should be at least 1 minute long.
6. Tag Primal Wonders’ Facebook page or Instagram profile or YouTube channel and put hashtag #primaldrum in video description.
7. Your video should be public (public audience setting).
8. We remain right to share your video on our social media.
9. You will get your cashback after you complete ALL conditions written.
10. Cashback will be placed only to your PayPal or Revolut account.
